Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of staygoldendoodles.com and your communications with 212 Productions LLC, doing business as Stay Golden Doodles ("Stay Golden Doodles," "we," "us"). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Puppy reservations

Puppy listings, prices and availability may change without notice. A reservation is confirmed only after your deposit is received and you sign our adoption agreement. The terms of your adoption agreement, including deposit and refund terms, control your puppy purchase.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

Website use

Photos, text and other content on this site belong to Stay Golden Doodles and may not be copied without permission. The site is provided "as is" and we are not liable for errors, interruptions, or third-party sites we link to.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Stay Golden Doodles

Program description: When you opt in (for example, by checking the text-consent box on our puppy request form or texting us first), you agree to receive text messages from Stay Golden Doodles at the number you provide. Messages may include:

Replies to your inquiries and puppy requests
Reservation, deposit, contract and payment reminders
Go-home scheduling and updates
Occasional new-litter announcements

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (435) 500-6252 or staygoldendoodlepuppies@gmail.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
